OverviewIf you are in business, it is imperative to have a website. I can help you build an innovative, cost-effective, and accessible site that you can be proud of. ApproachEach site I design is a unique and creative process that is directly influenced by my client's needs and vision. I often create my own graphics or take photographs for the sites I build. Teaching clients about the web and helping them develop appropriate content is a key part of building a site they are happy with. AccessibilityThrough my work at The Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute, I have come to understand the importance of accessible websites. I now specialize in creating visually pleasing web sites that comply with the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) accessibility standards. The W3C promotes creating websites that are accessible to people with disabilities, including blindness. Who Am I?I have a science degree from Stanford University and most of my web design knowledge is self-taught. I live in Ukiah, CA with my son. In my free time I enjoy photography, creating fine art, running, reading, cooking and laughing with friends. |
